Pump, Nozzle, and Pipe Checks Before Fountain Delivery

May 28, 2026 Leave a message

Before a fountain system is delivered, the main parts should be checked in a simple and clear order. Pumps need nameplates, power data, cable condition, and inlet covers. Nozzles should match the drawing, including size, thread type, spray form, and quantity. Pipes and fittings need correct diameter, material, and connection type, because a small change in pipe size can affect pressure and water height.

For projects with lights, lamp voltage and cable length should be confirmed before packing. Control cabinets should have labels for pump groups and light groups, so the installation team can connect the system by zone. Photos of main parts and packing lists are useful because they help both sides check the goods before shipment and again when the cartons arrive at the site. This also reduces small mistakes during unloading, storage, and first installation. Spare nozzles, seals, and cable connectors can be packed together when the project needs fast site replacement.
